What is the Winter Series
- 12 Sunday races (book 7 or 12 races or individual races on a standby basis)
- 2 Training Days
- Social Evenings
- Sign up for all 12 races and rotate your crew role every three weeks
Join us every Sunday morning for a freshly cooked breakfast and piping hot coffee from the CYCA Breakfast Club volunteers. Join your Instructor/s and fellow crew for a race briefing and tactics discussion before heading out onto the water.
Winter sailing on Sydney Harbour is a spectacular sight, with over 150 boats criss-crossing the Harbour to reach their designated marks.
On “More Witchcraft“ you will be guided through the differences between being on a J24 and on a big race boat.
Join us for:
- 7 races and rotate through two crew positions;
- 12 races and rotate through three crew positions;
- Individual races on a standby basis
Our aim is to get you crew spots on competitive boats by season end.
- Foredeck - Preference given to Spinnaker graduates
- Headsail Trim - Preference given to Spinnaker graduates
